当日の周辺道路での交通規制はありませんが、関空連絡橋（高速道路）や関西空港内の車を停車しての観覧は禁止です。
また、海上には観覧エリアを設けていません。船・漁船・プレジャーボート等からの観覧は禁止されています。船が花火の保安距離（立ち入り禁止区域）に入ってしまうと花火大会が中断、中止となる場合があります。事故・トラブル発生の場合は自己責任となり、実行委員会では責任を負えません。
